PROJECT INFORMATION

Core Developments supported the design, permitting and construction of a two-storey turnkey addition to the current Strathcona Neighbour Centre located in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Neighbour Centre is located just off the east end of Whyte Avenue in the Strathcona community, acting as a more easily accessible resource for our community participants in south Edmonton.

  • New addition: 5,048 sq ft, 1.5 floors

  • Total building area: 7,126 sq ft

  • Addition of accessible elevator

  • Main floor addition includes new dining area, office space and mechanical room

  • Second floor addition includes temporary/overnight shelter

The Mustard Seed is a Christian non-profit organization that has been caring for individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty since 1984.
